OBJECTIVE
Verify that two tables can be linked via linking columns, and that the columns are unable to be reconfigured after creation.
PRECONDITION
- User has access to login credentials of a qa instance and has a basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- There exists two tables with records that can be changed without interfering with other tests
