Dev Mode - Environment and Player Settings
OBJECTIVE
To verify the following features of Dev Mode:
- An app can be run in Dev Mode
- The player menu can be accessed during Dev Mode
- Changing the environment settings is reflected in the app
- The environment settings are correctly captured in the "completions"
PRECONDITION
- The user has familiarity with Tulip and credentials to the testing instance
