3. go to unit test and go to RFID

PRECONDITION
- Use windows pc on qa bench
- Ensure device is directly connected to pc via usb and not through gateway
- Plug cycle device
- Ensure the "rfidLogin" Feature Flag is not set
- A "Driver unit test" app exists for testing devices, or a similar app is set up with device triggers
