App Editor Misc - Comments
OBJECTIVE
Verify that comments can be added to steps of an app from both the player and factory.
PRECONDITION
- User has login credentials to a Tulip instance
- The test begins on the app editor of an app currently running on a player (on development version so updates can be seen in the player)
