Single Install: Migration to badge Id from operator auth mode

OBJECTIVE
To ensure migration to badge Id mode from operator auth mode works as expected
PRECONDITION
  • Player supports single install feature (0.18.0 or above)
  • Factory instance supports single install feature (r192.1 or above)
  • Factory is using badge Id for operator authentication and has "multiPlayerLoginAlways" feature flag enabled
  • Player is installed on a windows machine and is already authenticated to factory and assigned to a station
