OBJECTIVE
Verify that the one operation template correctly displays data with the Forecast layer enabled
PRECONDITION
- User has access to login credentials of a Tulip instance
- User has already access to a table with at least 3 records
- Works with and without the chartingLibraryUpgrade feature flag (without the FF only the diagnostics are missing)
