Automations Page

Overview

This is a beta feature.

The Automations Overview page allows you to view all the different available automations, see each automation's run history, version and status.

Automations

Create

• A user can create an Automation by selecting “Create Automation” from the menu in the top right of the screen

Deactivate

• A user can archive the Automation by selecting “Delete” from the menu in the top right of the screen

View

• A user can view an archived automation by hitting the three dot menu next to "Create Automation" and selecting "View Archived Automations"
• A user can view an automation's name, last published date, the current status
• A user can go to an automation by clicking on the automation's name

Edit

• A user can activate or inactivate the status of an automation.

Duplicate

• A user can duplicate an automation by going to the three dot menu to the left of an automation and clicking on it and subsequently clicking "Duplicate".

User Permissions

Any user with administrator permission or above can view this page.
