User Management: 16 - Create a new user in multiple workspaces

OBJECTIVE
Verify that a new user can be created and given roles in multiple workspaces
PRECONDITION
  • You have access to an Instance with multiple workspaces (at least two)
  • The `multipleRolesWorkspacesPerUser` feature flag is enabled
  • User is logged in as a sysadmin or an Account Owner
  • User is on the "/https://qa.tulip.co/account/users" page
