- OCR detector feature flag enabled in factory
- OCR detector[s] exist[s]
- Camera[s] exist[s]
- Player is running and it's hardware is configured to a Camera
- OCR detector[s] is/are assigned to a region in at least one of the cameras
- Vision QA app (with Color detector step) on qa.tulip.co is operational
