OBJECTIVE

Verify that a new workspace can be created.

PRECONDITION

Expected State

User is logged in as an Account Owner.
Workspaces and Workspace Management are enabled on this instance.
The user is on the Account Settings - Workspaces page.
The Workspace Limit Pricing Plan value is greater than the current number of Workspaces on the instance.
