Verify that Account Owners are not able to activate IdP Control Mode when the SAML attribute mapping for Tulip role provides no mapping for the Account Owner role. If this were to happen, the instance could get into a state where NO users have the Account Owner role, since users roles are controlled via SAML and updated on login.
