QA-T1146

User roles : 09.3 / Operators can't log in to Factory or register a Player

OBJECTIVE
Newly created Operators never get passwords for Factory. However if a user had a higher role (e.g. Workspace Owner) previously and turned into an Operator later, then it's important that it's earlier password won't let him/her enter Factory as an Operator.
Verify that users with higher roles won't be able to log in to Factory or register a Player with their old passwords after they become Operators.
Also make sure that failed log in attempts in this context result in an error message, stating that the current user do not have permission to log in.
