This test logs into player as an Account Owner and attempts to register display device and station for the preparation of running an app in the player.
Expected behavior:

• User is able to login to player as an Account Owner
• User is able to register a display device
• User is able to register an existing station or create a new one to register
• If an existing station was registered an app was assigned to it, the user is able to run the app in the player

This test expects the following to be true:

1. You have access to an account with the role of an Account Owner user.
2. There is an existing station that has a runnable app already assigned.
