Verify that a user's roles can be edited in multiple workspaces at once.

PRECONDITION

User is logged in as an account owner or system administrator
The `multipleRolesWorkspacesPerUser` feature flag is enabled
A test user has been created by following the steps of QA-T1218
User is on the "qa.tulip.co" page
