Workspaces : 16 - Archived Workspaces do not Appear in Workspace Selectors

OBJECTIVE

Verify that archived workspaces do not appear in workspace selection dropdowns throughout the platform.

PRECONDITION

You have access to the 1Pass credentials for an Account Owner.
User is logged in as an Account Owner.
workspaces and workspaceManagement feature flags are enabled on the instance.
There are at least 2 Workspaces on the user's instance:
- Workspace A is not archived.
- Workspace B is archived. (see QA-T1074)
There is at least 1 user on the instance which is neither an Account Owner nor a Sysadmin.
The user starts on the Dashboards page in Workspace A.
