OBJECTIVE
To test that a newly added Edge device/IO Gateway device shows up on the Edge Devices page

- Edge Devices page shows updated list when new Edge device/IO Gateway devices are added.
PRECONDITION
1. You are logged in to the factory instance
2.The factory instance has enterprise plan or has the "Edge Devices Enabled" feature is active. Refer https://<instance>/_admin/pricingInfo page
3. Your network allows access to 'firmware.tulip.co'
4. You are have an clean slate gateway (i.e. one that is factory reset)
