Node-Red : 02 - Tulip read-only library
OBJECTIVE
Verify the followings:
- Under Menu->Import, a tulip read-only library can be found
- The read-only library contains the correct flows
- Can import flows from the read-only library
- Cannot edit read-only library (you can't add flows to it)
- Under Menu->Import, a tulip read-only library can be found

PRECONDITION
- You have a running Edge device (Edge IO or Edge MC), registered to a Factory Instance (qa.tulip.co)
- You have access to Device Portal
- Node-RED is enabled
