Vision enabled factory
Barcode detector feature flag enabled in factory
Barcode detector[s] exist[s]
Camera[s] exist[s]
Player is running and it's hardware is configured to a Camera
Barcode detector[s] is/are assigned to a region in at least one of the cameras
Vision QA app (with barcode detector step) on qa.tulip.co is operational to the station
