Apps Page : 07 / App Permissions - Unable to remove last owner if not account/workspace owner

OBJECTIVE

Verify that user is unable to remove the only owner from the app if they are not account/workspace owner.

PRECONDITION

User has two different credentials to login to a Tulip instance, and exactly one of them needs to have a role of account/workspace owner.
The user is starting from the overview page of an already created app
The user already completed Test Case: QA-T325 (4.0)
