Verify that on the CELOS X Datasources Edit modal there's a Configure Datasource part, where DMG MORI machine serials can be managed.
These serial numbers appear on the attribute-datasource mapping modal, but they can only be created/deleted from the Edit datasource modal.
Only System Administrator can manage these serials.

This test assumes

1. You are able to log into qa.tulip.co as a Sysadmin and as a non-Sysadmin.
2. On the _admin page:
   1. newMachinesPage and celosNext Feature Flags are switched on
   2. Pricing info has been set for Celos X
3. The CELOS X Datasource have been created.
4. A machine type and a machine have been created.
