Custom Widget: 02.1 - Custom Widget Editor - Adding CSS-JAVA-HTML elements

OBJECTIVE

New Custom Widget Editor is has the capacity to support the following

User is able to edit the HMTL/CSS/Javascript of the widget and see the changes in the preview pane
User is able to put in test values for the props added to the custom widget
User is able to view the logs/errors generated by the custom widget

PRECONDITION

User has to be an Account Owner or Sysadmin to have access to New Custom Widgets screen (found in the Account Settings page)
