Apps Page: App SAML Approval
OBJECTIVE
- SAML app is approved with following requirements:
- all records include date, time, action or activity, user, and reason for change where applicable;
Record of the signature – uniquely identifiable, unalterable
- all signatures authenticate approver user by 2 distinct elements (e.g. username and password or secure unambiguous biometrics system)
- all approval records have accurate date and time stamp
PRECONDITION
- User has login credentials to a Tulip Saml instance (qa-samp.tulip.co)
- Application with approvals exists on Saml instance (qa-saml.tulip.co)
- Users assigned as app approvers can login to Saml instance with username and password
