Verify the following:

• A user can still login via LDAP into Player
• A user can use the Nymi band instead of username and password to login
• An image of the Nymi logo is present to let user know Nymi is enabled

1. This must be tested on an instance with LDAP and Nymi feature flag on
2. Before the Nymi band can be used to log in the user must first log in with their username and password (so they exist in the database)
3. A nymi server must be set up (this test assumes that nymiuser exists and the band is authenticated to the tester's fingerprint)
4. The player must have the nfc card reader connected to it.
