Nymi Logo doesn't appear in Factory or when Nymi is not on

OBJECTIVE
Verify the following:
  • Nymi logo only appears when both LDAP and Nymi are on
  • Nymi will never appear on the factory login
PRECONDITION
  1. This must be tested on an instance with LDAP and Nymi feature flag on
  2. Before the Nymi band can be used to log in the user must first log in with their username and password (so they exist in the database)
  3. A nymi server must be set up (this test assumes that nymiuser exists and the band is authenticated to the tester's fingerprint)
  4. The player must have the nfc card reader connected to it.
  5. The tester has access to sysadmin's for two qa instances.
