Apps Page : 01 - Sidebar behavior

OBJECTIVE
Verify that the Sidebar on the Apps page behaves as expected.
PRECONDITION
  1. The user has login credentials to a Tulip Instance
  2. There are already some apps and groups on the page
  3. The user is starting from the /group page (navigated to by clicking on the "Apps" link on the top of the page)
