Widgets - Video Widget

OBJECTIVE

Verify that the video widget is able to be added to the app editor can either upload an mp4 or link a youtube video.

PRECONDITION

User has login credentials to a Tulip instance
The test begins on the app editor of an app currently running on a player (on development version so updates can be seen in the player)
