Verify that records can be linked by updating the record on the details page.
PRECONDITION
  1. User has access to login credentials of a qa instance and has a basic understanding of Tulip terminology
  2. There exists two tables with records that can be changed without interfering with other tests
  3. T397 has been ran successfully
