OBJECTIVE
Verify that two separate users can work on an apps at the same time
And by extension verify the URS 197 - Ability to collaborate on definition of models including ability to simultaneously author/change model definition for equipment, material and production.

PRECONDITION
- User has login credentials to a Tulip instance for two users
- The test begins on the app editor of an app
