Misc Tests - Upgrading Instance maintains existing Data/Configurations

OBJECTIVE
Verify the URS 41 - Support the upgrade of all configured information and maintain data integrity when updating or upgrading application software versions.
PRECONDITION
  1. The user has access sysadmin credentials for the instance
  2. The instance is not blank and has data that can be verified. Data like:
    • Users
    • Apps/Completions
    • Stations
    • Connectors
    • Machines
  3. The user is able/familiar with deploying to QA instances
  4. The instance is not on latest, so a newer version of Tulip may be deployed to it (this might require rolling back the instance to a previous version)
