Group-Restricted LDAP : 01 - Sysadmin accounts can log in

OBJECTIVE

The sysadmin@tulip.co and Tulip Google OAuth accounts should still be able to log in as normal.

PRECONDITION

Site configured to use LDAP Group-Restricted Mode (currently qa-ldap-proxy.tulip.co)
User needs to have latest version of mulch
