Widgets - Document Widget

OBJECTIVE

Verify that the document widget is able to be added to the app editor and able upload a pdf to it

PRECONDITION

User has login credentials to a Tulip instance
The test begins on the app editor of an app currently running on a player (on development version so updates can be seen in the player)
The feature flag "cloudOnlyFeatures" is on, and you are not on an onprem instance
