App Group

Overview

An App Group allows users to view a collection of all apps that meet a certain criteria.

It is defined via a name.

Model/Page Connections

App

Create

  • A user can create an App by selecting the “Create App” button in the top right of the screen.

Archive

  • A user can archive the App by selecting “Archive” in the menu in the top right of the screen. They can be restored at any time by pressing "View Archived Apps" in the "..." menu in the top right of the screen from the App Group. This will find all apps in that App Group that have been archived.

  • A user can view template apps to create by selecting the “Create App” button in the top right of the screen.

  • A user can duplicate this App Group by selecting “Duplicate” in the menu in the top right of the screen
  • A user can create an App Group by selecting “Create App or Group” button in the top right of the screen

Edit

  • A user can edit this App Group by selecting “Rename” in the menu in the top right of the screen

Archive

  • A user can archive the App Group by selecting “Archive” in the menu in the top right of the screen. By archiving the App Group, all Apps within that group are also archived. They can be restored at any time by pressing "View Archived Groups" in the bottom left of the screen and then selecting the app group by pressing "Restore".

The App Group page allows users to view the following Pages:

User Permissions

Any user with app viewing permissions can view all app groups.

Any user with app viewing permissions can view all apps within any app group.
