App Overview

Overview

The App Overview page allows you to view a list of steps in the app, navigate through a series of tabs for viewing and modifying app settings such as approvals, and change the app's name or description.

Model/Page Connections

App

Create

• A user can create an App by selecting “Duplicate” from the menu in the top right of the screen

Deactivate

• A user can archive the App by selecting “Delete” from the menu in the top right of the screen

View

• A user can view an app by clicking any step from the list on the right side of the screen
• A user can view the app by clicking the “Edit” button in the top right of the screen

Edit

• A user can edit the app name
• A user can edit the app description

Export

• Users with select roles that have permission may Export the App from the menu in the top right of the screen

Step Group

View

• A user can view any step group in the app by clicking it from the list on the right side of the screen
