App Group

Overview

An App Folder allows users to view a collection of all apps that meet a certain criteria.

It is defined via a name.

Model/Page Connections

App

Create

  • A user can create an App by selecting the “Create App” button in the top right of the screen.

Archive

  • A user can archive the App by selecting “Archive” in the menu in the top right of the screen. They can be restored at any time by pressing "View Archived Apps" in the "..." menu in the top right of the screen from the App Folder. This will find all apps in that App Folder that have been archived.

  • A user can view template apps to create by selecting the “Create App” button in the top right of the screen.

  • A user can duplicate this App Folder by selecting “Duplicate” in the menu in the top right of the screen
  • A user can create an App Folder by selecting more options down arrow from the “Create App" button in the top right of the screen

Edit

  • A user can edit this App Folder by selecting “Rename” in the menu in the top right of the screen

Archive

  • A user can archive the App Folder by selecting “Archive” in the menu in the top right of the screen. By archiving the App Folder, all Apps within that Folder are also archived. They can be restored at any time by pressing "View Archived Folders" in the bottom left of the screen and then selecting the app Folder by pressing "Restore".

Pages

The Apps List page allows users to view the following Pages:

Recents

On the Apps list view, a user can view their 50 most recently accessed apps.

Favorites

On the Apps list view, a user can view a list of their favorite apps. A use can specify an app or an app folder as a favorite by clicking the "star" icon.

User Permissions

Any user with app viewing permissions can view all app Folders.

Any user with app viewing permissions can view all apps within any app Folder.
