Verify that users can view their favorited apps and app folders on the favorites view of the apps page.
- Users are able to favorite apps and app folders from the"..." menu and the preview pane
- Favorited apps and app folders will have a star icon next to their name in directory/search/favorite/recent views
- Users are able to access the favorites view through left sidebar

1. User has access to credentials for a Tulip instance
2. Both appsPageRework and appFavorites feature flags are turned on
