Node-Red : 13 - Read from Edge MC serial port (UART Cable)
OBJECTIVE
1. Physically wire a loopback on the Edge MC UART TX/RX lines
2. Set up Node-RED flow that connects to /dev/ttyS1 (both serial in & serial out)
3. Deploy flow and confirm the serial out data is received by serial in

PRECONDITION
You have a running Edge MC, registered to a Factory Instance (qa.tulip.co)
You have access to Device Portal
Node-RED is enabled.
You have an UART cable (preferably with two female connectors).
