Common : 21 - Stop Remote Access Session from Device Portal
OBJECTIVE
Confirm that an Remote Access (rtunnelc) session can be stopped via Device Portal.
PRECONDITION
- User has access to the Tulip 1Password
- User has basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- User has access to login credentials of a Tulip instance
- The device is authenticated to a Factory instance.
- The IP address of the device is known.
- `<ip address>` is open in a web browser.
- The user is authenticated with Device Portal.
- Remote Access Session (rtunnelc) is active.
- The user is able to connect to the VPN
- The user is able to access Mulch
- User has basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- User has access to login credentials of a Tulip instance
- The device is authenticated to a Factory instance.
- The IP address of the device is known.
- `<ip address>` is open in a web browser.
- The user is authenticated with Device Portal.
- Remote Access Session (rtunnelc) is active.
- The user is able to connect to the VPN
- The user is able to access Mulch
