QA-T1141

Verify that users with Operator role:
- can sign in to Tulip Player using their Badge ID
- can run (thus read) apps in Tulip Player
- can change apps in Tulip Player

This tests expects the following to be true:

1. You have access to the Tulip 1password account
2. You have basic understanding of Tulip terminology
3. You have access to an operator and a non-operator user with the ability to register a Tulip Player (e.g. Workspace Owner, Administrator)
4. You are starting at qa.tulip.co/player

If you are doing this QA not on qa.tulip.co you will need to have different credentials and change all base urls
