Other IQC : 3 - IQC - Setting up and testing Current Clamp with Edge MC and Machine Kit Node-RED flow
OBJECTIVE
Can set up up and test Current Clamp with Edge MC and Machine Kit Node-RED flow and see data flowing in Tulip
Conditions:
You installed the Machine Kit Node-RED flow for your Edge MC
Current Clamp Box contains 1 Current Clamp (Current Transformer with connector - CS-SP-50A-DC)
You connect Current Clamp to Phidget and Phidget to your Edge MC (on latest os build available)
You connect the Current Clamp wire to a running device, such as a fan
You verify that you get different values in the Tulip current graphs when the fan is On or Off or unplugged
PRECONDITION
- You have phidgets hub and current clamp available to plug into Edge MC
