PRECONDITION
This test expects the following to be true
- You are able to connect to EdgeIO /EdgeMC running from the Device Portal
- You have access to the Tulip 1Password
- You have basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- Your EdgeIO / EdgeMC is starting from a clear, un-authed state
