Single Install : 03 - Clear all data

OBJECTIVE

To ensure clear all data feature works as expected in the context of single install
CCT:

When clearing all data, if "Clear global data" is unchecked, player auth info is not cleared
When clearing all data, if "Clear global data" is checked, player auth info is cleared

PRECONDITION

You are testing on a Windows PC
Player supports single install feature (0.18.0 or above)
Factory instance supports single install feature (r192.1 or above)
Factory is using SAML/LDAP/Nymi based auth for operator login OR has "multiPlayerLoginAlways" feature flag enabled (FYI - the multiPlayerLoginAlways FF should be enabled by default in qa.tulip.co )
Player is already authenticated to factory
Windows machine has multiple accounts.

NOTE: when you switch from one windows account to the other, you should be asked to login again (either via badge id or SAML).
