Verify that an Edge device (Edge MC or Edge IO) could be connected to a Factory Instance without the need for a physical ethernet cable plugged in.

- Edge device is connected to Factory via WiFi
- Setup can be completed without a physical ethernet cable

- The device is in a clean state (reset the device in the device portal or hold down the reset button on the device)
