Common : 19 - Remote Access Session activation from Device Portal
OBJECTIVE
Confirm that rtunnelc can be activated via Kado.
PRECONDITION
- User has a running, registered IO Gateway or an Edge device (Edge IO or Edge MC)
- User has access to the Tulip 1Password
- User has basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- User has access to login credentials of a Tulip instance
- User is authenticated with Device Portal.
- No Remote Access Session (rtunnelc) is active.
- The user is able to connect to the VPN
- The user is able to access Mulch
Note: when prompted to enter the tulip_support@localhost's password: Enter the password that was provided when you started the Remote Access (rtunnel) session.
