Common : 23 - Device Portal recovers when the Remote Access Session no longer exists
OBJECTIVE
Confirm that Device Portal (Kado) and the underlying Remote Access Session (rtunnelc) service can't get out of sync in a way that renders it unusable.
PRECONDITION
- User has access to the Tulip 1Password
- User has basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- User has access to login credentials of a Tulip instance
- The user knows the IP address of the Edge Device (tulip instance > Shop Floor > Edge Devices)
- Remote Access Session is set up on the Edge Device (QA-T72)
