Node-Red : 16 - Edge IO OPC UA Node-Red Library Flow connects to Tulip
OBJECTIVE
- Import Tulip Node-RED library flow for OPC UA server
- Server can be configured & deployed
- Node-RED OPC UA Server can be selected as machine data source in Tulip
- Edge IO OPC UA tags can be mapped to machine attributes & data comes through
- Server can be configured & deployed
- Node-RED OPC UA Server can be selected as machine data source in Tulip
- Edge IO OPC UA tags can be mapped to machine attributes & data comes through
PRECONDITION
- You have a running Edge IO, registered to a Factory Instance (qa.tulip.co)
- You have access to Device Portal
- Node-RED must be enabled
- You need 1 wire to toggle GPIO pins on/off
- You have an ADC Differential Jig
- (You might need to have opcua-commander on your OS)
>>> NOTE. Do Not deviate from screen shot examples in this test case when setting up to run this test cases. Set up the Edge IO OPCUA data source on Step 8 just like listed in the screen shot shown there. <<<<<<
