Loop test : 01 - Send a fixed amount of GPIN Events to Factory (GPIO Loop Test)
OBJECTIVE
Send a known and fixed amount of GPIN events on a Tulip hardware device so that a corresponding app receives the correct number events. A baseline test is:

PRECONDITION
You have a running Edge IO registered to a Factory Instance (qa.tulip.co)
You have access to Device Portal of the Edge IO
You have access to Node-Red
You have a machine in Factory set for the Loop test (do QA-T928 if not)
You have access to the 'GPIO Loop test' app
Edge IO GPOUT PIN 1 to GPIN PIN 1 are connected with a wire
