Common : 10 - Remote Access Session survives update
OBJECTIVE
Confirm that an Remote Access (rtunnelc) session is re-established after update(OTA) with the same password.
PRECONDITION
- User has access to the Tulip 1Password
- User has basic understanding of Tulip terminology
- User has access to login credentials of a Tulip instance
- The device is authenticated to a Factory instance.
- Remote Access Session is set up in the Edge Device (QA-T72)
- The user noted down the Remote Session'n name and password (the Device Portal can't be accessed from VPN).
- The user has SSH keys set up to access Edge Devices
- The user knows the IP address of the Edge Device (tulip instance > Shop Floor > Edge Devices)
- An update(OTA) has been scheduled via Mender.
