Edge Devices Page : 06 - Triggering an OTA (Over the Air) upgrade of an Edge device/IO Gateway device
OBJECTIVE
To test that Edge devices/IO Gateway devices can be upgraded through the Edge Devices page
Critical Criteria of Test (CCT):

- Edge Devices page allows updating the OS of the Edge devices/IO Gateway devices
PRECONDITION
1. You are logged into a factory instance
2. The Edge device/IO Gateway device is on a network that allows access to firmware.tulip.co (e.g. Mender)
3. At least one Edge device/IO Gateway device that is connected to factory has an outdated OS. (You can downgrade an Edge device/IO Gateway device to a previous version by following the instructions here)
