Widgets - Timer Widget

OBJECTIVE
Verify that the timer widget is able to be added to the app editor and reflects the time spent on the step/in the app.
PRECONDITION
  1. User has login credentials to a Tulip instance
  2. The test begins on the app editor of an app currently running on a player (on development version so updates can be seen in the player)
