QA-T708

Verify that users with Administrator role:
- cannot manage/edit users
- can create/modify/delete apps and app groups
- can create/modify/delete tables
- can create/modify/delete machines and machine types
- can create/modify/delete stations
- can create/modify/delete connectors

This tests expects the following to be true:

1. You are able to log into qa.tulip.co as an Administrator
2. You have access to the Tulip 1password account
3. You have basic understanding of Tulip terminology
4. You are starting from https://qa.tulip.co/dashboards

If you are doing this QA not on qa.tulip.co you will need to have different credentials and change all base urls
